Parsons Dinner House

The building which is now Parsons Dinner House was constructed in 1867 to function as a parsonage for the Congregational Church in Barton, Vermont.

Over the next century plus, the building has served as both a home and restaurants. Parsons Dinner House is a boutique restaurant serving upscale American cuisine.

Proprietors Steve Vazzano and Maria Hill bought the business in April 2021. Steve Vazzano -Executive Chef and Maria Hill -Pastry Chef, Alchemist & Mixologist operate this family run restaurant, Parsons Dinner House here the North East Kingdom in the heart of Barton, Vermont.
