Mountain Biking – the Kingdom is an endless playground! The Kingdom Trails Association, headed up by East Burke Sports, maintains a 100-mile trail network (Vermont’s largest recreation trail system). This extensive well-kept secret begs to be explored. Trail passes, information and more are available at East Burke Sports or at the Village Sport Shop (Lyndonville). The Craftsbury Outdoor Center also offers bike rentals and on-site and off-site bike tours.

The Willoughby State Forest allows mountain biking on all of their gravel surfaces.

In addition, miles of dirt roads criss-cross through the Northeast Kingdom allowing countless, casual, scenic rides.

Road Biking – the Northeast Kingdom is a vast wilderness area with hundreds of miles of quiet, peaceful paved routes – a perfect equation for stress free road biking! Road bike excursions provide exhilaration and a feast for the eyes.
