Decks all around, good fishing and swimming and close to hiking and biking trails.19th Century Northern New England Pioneer Settlement: We offer guided or self-guided tours of one of the last remaining intact 1790s settlements, untouched by development. September is state archaeology month and we are included in the NEK Vermont Archaeological Society‚s listing. We also conduct „Pioneer Day Camp‰ every summer during the last week of June for kids ages 8-14. We offer pioneer skills, old games, oral histories, local hiking, fort building and a variety of focus groups like fishing, brick making, nature studies, archaeology, crafts, log cabin building and more.Spanish/ESL/CPR Tutor, Video Production and Still Photography, Computer Assisted Research, Weaving, Consulting and Teaching

Randy Williams, with a BFA from Western Carolina University, has worked in the arts field for over 40 years, as an artist, photographer, videographer, teacher and administrator. He worked for VT Interactive Television for 7 years and managed the Public Access Television facility, NEK-TV in Newport for 9 years. In addition to offering still photography and video production, he also offers computer assisted research to help people locate information or products available on the Internet. Be it a research paper, presentation support, people search or simply discovering what your purchasing options are for a product, he can provide you with a wide array of information.

Betsy Day has a BA in Spanish from Wake Forest University, an MA in teaching English as a Second Language from Saint Michael‚s College, a Certificate in Secondary Education and over 40 years of experience in tutoring and teaching Spanish and ESL, both in high school and college. She offers private tutoring in Spanish and ESL and has an extensive research library in Spanish and Latin American literature, history and culture, as well as slide lectures and teaching aides.

As a certified EMT for over thirty five years and CPR instructor, she offers classes and private lessons in First Aid and CPR.

For the past forty years, she has been pursuing her interest in fiber arts, as a weaver and basket-maker. With an assortment of looms and materials, she will gladly offer private or small group lessons in weaving and macramé. She sells her hand woven tapestries, blankets and pillows etc. from her home studio. She is also a long time volunteer weaver and story teller at the Old Stone House Museum in Brownington, a member of Caspian Arts in Greensboro and a working member of the MAC Center in Newport.
