An educational non-profit, Siskin’s core naturalist staff delivers over outdoor science and adventure-based programming to nearly 10,000 students annually. We look to help area children grow both roots & wings by increasing a sense of place and fostering the knowledge, skills, and motivation necessary to take responsible action on behalf of themselves, their community, and the natural world. Through this important work we spend countless hours exploring some of the Kingdom’s most beautiful, exciting, and ecologically interesting natural areas. Our staff is also available year round to guide visitors to these amazing locations. So whether you are interested in a lazy moonlit paddle, an exciting introduction to white water canoeing, slogging into a bog in search of carnivorous plants, or are tracking down for some of our rare and elusive boreal wildlife, Siskin has the resources, staff, and expertise.
